PORTLAND, Ore. — The Bonneville Power Administration has named Rachel Dibble vice president of bulk marketing.

Dibble has served as acting vice president of bulk marking since January 2022.

Dibble oversees the administration’s power trading floor, market analysis, long-term surplus sales and associated contract support and transaction settlements functions.

She joined Bonneville in 2008.
