BUSINESS BRIEFS: Sequim brokers donate $2K to Community Aid; benefit planned Wednesday in Port Angeles

SEQUIM — Brokers with Windermere Real Estate/Sequim-East and Sunland presented a $2,000 check to Kathy Fong and Linda Alexander of Sequim Community Aid.

The funds for this donation came from the Windermere Foundation.

A portion of each Windermere broker’s commission — from every real estate sale — is donated to nonprofit organizations that serve the community.

The volunteers of Sequim Community Aid serve homes within the Sequim School District, providing those in need with assistance in paying their utility bills or rent.

For more information, phone Community Aid at 360-681-3731.
