BUSINESS BRIEFS: New trainer joins Port Angeles gym; Customer Appreciation Day at First Federal

PORT ANGELES — Marnae Flores recently joined Fitness West, 114 S. Lincoln St., as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Flores leads cardio kickboxing and yoga.

The 24-hour-access facility is staffed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturdays.

Appreciation day

First Federal branches will offer treats and prizes for Customer Appreciation Day on Friday.

The day is to celebrate First Federal’s 94 years of serving local communities.

Customers will have six chances to win $94.

To enter customers must visit a branch, use a debit card, login to online banking, use an interactive teller machine or use the hastag #ourfirstfedCAD2017 on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.

First Federal branches are in Forks, Port Angeles, Sequim and Port Townsend.
