PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles’ sensational senior Nizhoni Wheeler is the 2017 All-Peninsula Softball MVP.

Port Angeles’ Randy Steinman was selected coach of the year for guiding the Riders to a fourth-straight Olympic League title, the school’s first-ever West Central District Championship and a second-place finish at the Class 2A state tournament, the best season in school history.
