High winds kept the Port Townsend-Coupeville ferry at the dock and brought down limbs and power lines Monday in Jefferson and Clallam counties.
The National Weather Service forecast winds that were expected to diminish overnight.
As of Monday afternoon, Washington State Ferries said the Admiralty Bay route was being re-assessed with each scheduled sailing.
Jefferson PUD reduced customer outages to about 64 as of Monday evening after earlier outages.
Clallam County PUD reported Monday morning that about 1,000 customers were without power on the far east and west ends of the county. Power was restored to all customers as of 12 p.m.
