Child airlifted to Seattle after Brinnon wreck

BRINNON — A child was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with a laceration Saturday after a two-vehicle wreck on U.S. Highway 101 north of Brinnon, the State Patrol said.

Two others who were injured in the crash were taken to Jefferson Healthcare, said Trooper Mark Hodgson, State Patrol spokesman.

The names of the motorists were not immediately available.

The wreck occurred at about 4 p.m. near milepost 304 about two miles north of Brinnon. The roadway was blocked for nearly two hours, Hodgson said.
