Good judgment for DCD
I’ve been wanting to write this letter to the editor for some time.
The director of community development for Clallam County requires good judgment and a qualified candidate.
Where does this good judgment come from?
It comes from experience.
Mary Ellen Winborn has that experience.
Winborn has been a local architect for over 25 years.
She has also been the director of community development for the past almost four years.
I have voted enough times to remember the adage “experience is a tough teacher — it gives you the test first and the lesson later.”
Rita Mae Brown once said, “good judgment comes from experience and experience comes from bad judgment.”
I hope you use good judgment and vote for Mary Ellen Winborn.
