LETTER: Parents and children need reflective gear on dark, wet mornings

Reflective gear

I would just like to put out a reminder to parents and children waiting for the bus during these dark, wet and sometimes foggy mornings.

I recently was on an early morning errand and came around a corner, barely seeing a father in a black hoodie and two kids similarly dressed crossing Deer Park Road.

The only thing visible was a glimpse of a white sock.

Please, for the sake of all of us, wear something reflective or carry a light so we can all be safe.

Geoffrey Soule,
