I am writing in answer to a letter from Sept. 23, “Hayden well suited for Clallam judgeship.”
The writer has obviously never been in a courtroom with Suzanne Hayden.
A new volunteer program in our court rooms is Court Watch. It monitors crimes against women and children.
It is a program that helps victims of sexual violence obtain access to justice and fairness, making courts accountable to the communities they serve.
This is a national program.
I believe Suzanne Hayden lacks the temperament to deal with the public outside her clientele.
Dave Neupert has served on both sides of the bench for more than 30 years, criminal and civil.
He does not lack experience as he has been a pro tempore judge for many of those years.
Neupert seems to treat all citizens with respect and courtesy.
In this election, we need to vote for experience and community respect.
Vote Dave Neupert district court judge.
