Thank you for your quality coverage of the three candidates for the District Court 1 election race.
After reading the letter titled “Supports Neupert,” I did feel swayed to vote for Neupert.
However, the next day after re-reading each article, I feel even more strongly in favor of Pam Lindquist.
A July 18 article states, “throughout the forum the candidates made jabs at each other” (PDN, “Respect, opioids or alcohol? Candidates disagree on top issue facing Clallam court”).
These sounded petty and unprofessional, only serving to smudge their own character and Pam Lindquist is not involved in this.
Also as Lindquist’s neighbor for the last 16 years, I’ve seen her grow from a young mother who has steadily honed her strengths, knowledge an uncompromising sense of fairness.
Good judge qualities, I think.
Let’s see what she can do.
