In the increasingly noxious atmosphere of partisan politics, Suzanne Hayden is a breath of fresh air.
As she has campaigned for a seat as judge for District Court 1, I have watched her stand up to bullies on both the left and the right and refuse to kowtow to their ideological demands.
She has been unwavering in her commitment to the non-partisan ethics of an independent judiciary, which is the bedrock of our democracy.
I have absolute confidence that if elected judge, Suzanne Hayden will treat everyone in her courtroom with respect and give each citizen who comes before her a fair hearing, as the framers of our Constitution intended.
I hope that everyone who values the dignity and integrity of our judicial system will join me in voting for Suzanne Hayden for District Court 1 on Nov. 6.
