LETTER: Election was repudiation of the anti-American ideology

The writer of “Winning on coattails” (PDN, Jan. 28) seems to me to be practicing hypocrisy — he uses every pejorative adjective in the liberal lexicon to describe our president while claiming to detest name calling.

President Donald Trump was duly and constitutionally elected by Americans. He is the President of the United States an irrefutable fact.

The writer would do well to remember that even while lying awake at night, gnashing his teeth.

To my thinking, his election was at least a partial repudiation of the perverse, anti-American, modern liberal ideology that is responsible for every evil besetting our culture today.

A minor case in point: Back in the first half of the 20th century we had Glenn Miller. In the first part of the 21st century, we have gangsta rap.
