Is a week of fireworks enough for anyone else out there?
We’ve had to sedate our large dog for six nights and counting. Is it possible to control it to two or three nights each year?
I don’t object to fireworks, but I do object to a week’s worth.
I have to believe our pet isn’t the only one to suffer.
Surely the city and county could implement rules to satisfy everyone.
At the very least fireworks seem a fire hazard. It must be hard on the wildlife and the livestock, too.
A week of it is just too much.
