Northwind Homeschool Band performance set Tuesday in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — The Northwind Homeschool Band will perform at the Independent Bible Church on Tuesday.

The 7 p.m. concert is free and open to the public at the chuch, 116 Ahlvers Road.

Led by director Dan Tutton, the evening will include music from multiple performance groups, featuring several levels of the Northwinds Homeschool Concert and Jazz Bands, respectively.

Performances will include both Latin and swing jazz tunes, as well as holiday favorites.

The band is composed of more than 70 private and homeschooled students from the Port Angeles and Sequim areas.
