PORT ANGELES — Trish Tisdale, graphic designer for Olympic Printers, recently received three awards from the 2016 American Graphic Design Awards, sponsored by Graphic Design USA.
The Port Angeles resident’s winning entries included a brochure about integrated health care for the North Olympic Healthcare Network and a logo for Mountain Brewed Coffee.
Tisdale additionally does freelance work through her business, Tisdale Graphic Design, and also received an award for her logo design for financial company Meadow Hill Partners.
For more than five decades, Graphic Design USA has sponsored competitions to spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals.
Nearly 10,000 entries were submitted for the 2016 competition and only 15 percent were recognized.
