John D. Davis was arrested last Thursday on a warrant connected to a 17-month-old drug case at a closed business west of Sequim, OPNET Supervisor Jason Viada said.
Davis, 51, of Sequim allegedly sold methamphetamine to an OPNET informant four times in October 2012.
He was arrested at his residence on the 300 block of River Road near Sequim in January 2013 and was sentenced last August to two years' probation.
Davis pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of methamphetamine. Two of the charges were dropped in exchange for the guilty plea.
Davis was arrested last September for failing to comply with court orders connected to the original case.
He was arrested again Thursday for allegedly consuming methamphetamine and marijuana, court papers said.
Fourth arrest since '12
It marked the fourth time he had been arrested for investigations related to the October 2012 case.
Davis was being held Wednesday in the Clallam County jail on a $15,000 bond. His next hearing is set for Friday.
Meanwhile, Lawrence R. “Russ” Moorman, 50, of Sequim was sentenced Feb. 14 to one year in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
OPNET officials said he sold a combined 58 grams of meth for $2,270 over the course of three transactions in the Port Angeles area.
He had been sentenced to two years' probation in March 2013 but failed to comply with the requirements of his probation, Viada said.
Moorman pleaded guilty to delivering methamphetamine to OPNET in March and April of 2012.
In another OPNET case, Matthew A. Hutto, 46, of Port Angeles was sentenced to two years' probation Feb. 20 after pleading guilty last month to endangerment with a controlled substance and methamphetamine possession.
OPNET developed probable cause to believe that Hutto sold methamphetamine at a home in the 800 block of Whidby Avenue on Jan. 8, 2013, Viada said.
