John D. Davis was arrested at his residence in the 300 block of River Road near Sequim the morning of Jan. 24 following an investigation by the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team.
OPNET Detective Sgt. Jason Viada said Davis sold meth to an undercover informant on four occasions last October. The informant wore a wire during two of those sales, court papers said.
Davis was released on his own recognizance after being charged Jan. 25.
He faces a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for the Class B felonies.
In other OPNET news, Brittany E. Johnson, 22, of Port Angeles was sentenced to two years’ probation in January after pleading guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in 2011.
Tanya R. Gardner, 39, of Sequim also was sentenced to two years’ probation after pleading guilty in January to three counts of delivery of a controlled substance in 2008.
