A bomb technician x-rayed a package or packages that had been delivered to the building at 500 East Division St., that houses the City Hall, Clallam County District Court II and the city jail, said Trooper Russ Winger, State Patrol spokesman.
The packages “were found to contain nothing explosive,” Winger said.
A bomb dog swept the area and found nothing out of the ordinary,” he added, saying that the all-clear was received at about 7 p.m.
A bomb threat had been called into the court at about 1:30 p.m., prompting an evacuation of City Hall and the court, said Forks Mayor Bryon Monohon.

EARLIER STORY
FORKS — The Forks City Hall and District Court 11 were closed early today after a bomb threat was received by phone.
The threat was called in at about 1:30 p.m. this afternoon to the Clallam County District Court II, which is housed along with the City Hall and the Forks jail at 500 East Division St., Mayor Bryon Monohon said.
The court and City Hall were evacuated, while the inmates and workers at the jail were not because of security reasons, Monohon said.
A State Patrol bomb technician from Bremerton arrived a little before 6 p.m., Monohon said.
The State Patrol received word about the threat at about 4 p.m. and sent police dogs and at least one State Patrol bomb technician, said Trooper Russ Winger, spokesman for the agency.
The Forks jail roster lists 38 individuals in custody today.
