Moderated by park Superintendent Karen Gustin, the evening will feature a presentation by noted Sequim photographer Ross Hamilton, traditional songs and dances by the Klallam Dance Group and a special screening of "The National Parks: This is America," a new film by Burns.
The 45-minute "This is America" is a preview for Burns' larger documentary series, which debuts Sunday.
Although the Port Angeles event is free, admission is by ticket only.
Tickets are available at Port Book and News bookstore, 104 E. First St., Port Angeles; Olympic National Park Visitor Center, 3002 Mount Angeles Road, Port Angeles; Pacific Mist Books, 121 W. Washington St., Sequim; and at the Olympic National Park/Olympic National Forest Information Center in Forks.
There are no Port Townsend or Jefferson County locations for tickets, but they can be requested by calling 360-565-3004.
