A two-man scramble at the Port Ludlow Golf Club, 751 Highland Drive, will pit Darren Posey and Adam Barrows, both assistant golf pros at the club, as they play 180 holes beginning at dawn.
Pledge forms are available at the Port Ludlow Pro Shop. The minimum pledge is $30.
In addition, the guild is selling raffle tickets for $1 each.
The grand prize will be a “stay and play” at the Port Ludlow Inn.
Other prizes are donations from such businesses as Elevated Ice Cream, the Northwest Maritime Center, Lila Drake, Green Eyeshade, Wandering Angus, Scampi and Halibuts, Chimacum Cafe and Farm's Reach Cafe.
Names for raffle prizes will be drawn the evening of Oct. 1.
All proceeds will benefit the children at the hospital, said guild member Susie Baldwin.
