This high-intensity interval training is a cardio infusion combined with body-weight strength training.
■ “Turbo Kick” is held Wednesday nights at 5:15 p.m. with certified instructor Marnae Flores.
The class combines cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. It is high-intensity and fast-paced.
Classed can be modified for those starting out and are held in studio at YMCA.
