■ Lung health/cancer presentation Tuesday — Dr. Douglas Wood of the University of Washington and Dr. Bernardo Goulart of the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance will discuss lung health and the prevention, screening and treatment of lung cancer during a presentation in Linkletter Hall downstairs at OMC, 939 Caroline St., at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Tuesday's presentation can be watched on a live video feed at OMC's cancer care center, 844 N. 5th Ave., in Sequim. Phone 360-683-9895 by 9:30 a.m. to insure seating availability.
■ 3D mammography — Two Olympic Medical Imaging Center open houses will focus on OMC's advanced 3D mammography program for breast cancer screening and detection.
The open houses, which will include refreshments and tours of imaging center facilities, will be at 840 N. 5th Ave., Suite 1100, in Sequim, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, and at 1102 E. Front St. in Port Angeles from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
