Barbara Paschal, retired physical therapist, will present “Focus Your Efforts to Improve Balance.”
“You can improve your health at any age,” she said.
She will discuss how practicing three exercises for 10 to 15 minutes once or twice a day can improve balance.
“These exercises help you focus on your body’s natural and needed awareness of the movements that help it gain strength, flexibility, core alignment and balance,” she said.
Paschal, who earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and physical therapy, has more than 33 years of professional experience.
