Terrance and Zorina Wolf will host an open house at Sequim’s Village Heartbeat Studio, a music and meditation center, today.

SEQUIM — A free open house, with elements quiet and exuberant, is set for this evening at the Village Heartbeat Studio, Zorina and Terrance Wolf's haven at 353 Chickadee Lane.

“Music, meditation and community” are what the studio is about, Zorina writes in her invitation to the party from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

There's no charge, and guests are welcome to bring friends and family, she added.

Class introductions

Terrance, a meditation teacher and psychotherapist, and Zorina will give introductions to the classes they offer at Village Heartbeat, including Whole Person Drumming courses and Terrance's mindfulness-based psychotherapy and free meditation groups.

Here's the plan for the evening:

■ 7 p.m.: Introduction and guided meditation with Terrance.

■ 7:45 p.m.: Introductory drumming class with Zorina.

■ 8:30 p.m.: Refreshments, questions and answers.
