Phillips said as of about 4:25 p.m., the ambulances that had responded were leaving the scene without transporting anyone to the hospital.

The state Department of Transportation issued a collision alert at Highway 101 and Masters Road, which borders the east side of the Walmart store, at 4:14 p.m. The road was clear by 4:42 p.m.
