State Supreme Court Justice Susan Owens will officiate at the ceremony in Courtroom 1 at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St.
The event is open to the public. A reception will follow.
Rohrer was elected to the Superior Court bench in November after serving 12 years as a Clallam County District Court judge.
He was appointed as a District Court judge to succeed Owens in January 2001 and was elected to the position in 2002, 2006 and 2010.
Rohrer has been an attorney for 25 years. He has worked in private practice representing individuals and businesses and as an assistant attorney general for the state.
He opened the Port Angeles Attorney General’s Office in 1991 — the first such office based on the Olympic Peninsula — and served as manager and lead attorney for 10 years.
Rohrer now serves on the Peninsula College Board of Trustees, is chairman of the bipartisan Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid Oversight Committee and serves on the board of the Peninsula Trails Coalition.
Rohrer lives in the West End with wife, Cari, a teacher at Forks Middle School.
